“F1rst time i have used this company, i ordered a length of bathroom worktop ( first time i have ever done this online, always worried of damage ) but no, it arrived quickly very well packed with no damage at all it was also a very good price compared to some others. will certainly use Savoy timber again.”

“They manufactured my door as it was a non standard size. It was made and delivered as promised. It's now been fitted and matches the rest of my new doors. I would recommend Savoy for made to measure doors.”

“I used Savoy Timber to supply an internal white moulded door cut down to 1800mm high. They did a great job. A bit pricy at £90 but it saved me the bother. And I would have had to buy some clamps.”

Good morning, apologies for the delay in your delivery, as we have discussed your handrails were mis routed by our courier on Friday and were allocated for a pre 12pm delivery on Saturday. We have been assured that the courier will deliver today. “I ordered and paid for 6 Louvre doors on eBay on 7th November They were delivered in the stated time but 4 of them were not The size I had ordered and paid for. I have made 4 phone calls and have still not been told when the ones I have ordered will be delivered and the wrong ones collected. Very disappointed. “Parcel didn't arrive on the day specified. Of course I waited in all day. Customer Services left a lot to be desired. Brusque, unhelpful - I was told it was 'Parcelforce' and it was notoriously difficult to get through to them. There was no indication of what would happen next. The tracking system told me at 5pm that the parcel was back at the depot. No-one contacted me the next day. Again I had to ring Savoy to find out what was happening. I did finally speak to a very helpful lady, Lisa, who did her best to find out what was happening. The parcel was delivered early afternoon, but again I spent the day waiting not knowing if it would be delivered or not. When the worktop arrived, there was no edging strip. I am now waiting for that to be delivered. The company should consider changing its delivery partner! And its customer facing staff!”

Hi there sincere apologies that your delivery was delayed, Parcelforce have a national tracking system that shows us the route of your parcel - we can see that it was dispatched correctly and out for delivery on the specified day but was then returned to depot and then re delivered the following day . In our experience this happens very rarely but could be an issue of bad traffic or delivery vehicle breakdown - unfortunately we are not advised proactively of this which I agree is frustrating for all concerned. We are happy that your parcel arrived the following day without incident and will pass on your kind comments to Lisa . I will also pass on your comments regards a lack of information and assistance in the first instance which I agree is also frustrating.
