“Ordering was simple and quick delivery. My only issue was that the online ordering gave no details of delivery day or time or the opportunity to select one which meant I had to phone the local store to give me an idea of delivery. When the timber arrived it was soaking wet and has taken over a week to dry out and still not fully dry. As it was for a fence this didn’t matter too much.”

“I ordered my new worktop very late on a Tuesday evening. The following morning I had a phone call advising it could be delivered Friday. The site was easy to navigate and delivery was spot on. I love my new worktop and the price couldn’t be beaten anywhere else.”

“The door arrived within the specified time and was the exact size requested. I tried to source the door locally but it was an unusual size. Hung it today and it looks great. Many thanks Savoy, John Fensom”
