“The product I ordered, a bespoke sized bi-fold door, was made perfectly to size, arrived on time and the communication from savoy Timber was timely and at a frequency which was just right. I was always kept informed without needless emails clogging my in-box.”

“Very friendly and helpful staff in Preston. It is poor that an in stock item takes so long to process. I've found that a Saturday morning order in stock takes over 24 hours to process. When I arrive and collect, it is still on the shelf, available for anyone to buy. This is too long when you are only off work for the weekend.”

Hi Mr Oates, Thanks so much for reviewing our service . We are sorry to hear you not happy with the click and collect service . Click and collect orders get sent over to the store twice daily at 11am and 3pm. as you placed your order at 11am you order would have been sent across in the afternoon. This is our procedure because we have a huge amount of orders to work through and distribute. Preston is a very busy store on a Saturday and Sunday I am sure that as soon as hey could they got n touch with you . We did send you an email with details to get in touch if you wished to discuss your order at any time. The item you ordered is an item we keep in stock in quite large quantities so we won't have felt we needed to take it off the shelf because we didn't feel that there was any change of running out of the item n question. “Paying for delivery to arrive within 7 days I would expect it to come within 7 days, when calling to find out where my order was & being told that she’d check & call right back but doesn’t, 3 hours later still nothing so I call again this time a male says will check & call right back & doesn’t an hour later a call yet again & have to hold the line while he goes to check to see if my ordered items are in stock, eventually I get told that my order will be processed, my order did arrive but certainly not within 7 days, there was no apology & I think the delivery cost should’ve been refunded for the inconvenience caused”

Hi Mr Wright , Thankyou for taking the time to review our service. I am sorry you we not contacted back immediately I can see that you called on our system and 3 hours later we gave you a delivery date. Our apologies it looks like in this instance we had to transfer stock into branch to fulfil the order. The order admittedly was 1 day later than we would have expected . However the order should have been delivered in 7 working days not 7 actual days. As you an imagine its a very busy time of year with everyone preparing for christmas. I am glad the doors arrived safely and wish you and you family a lovey festive season . Kind Regards Lisa

“I was initially sent only 1 small sample of the worktop I requested, when I ordered 2, but having spoken to Lisa in Customer Services, she has sorted everything out now and explained that the manufacturer only sends small samples and apologized for the order error. She was also kind enough to ring me back to say that she had refunded my payment. Very good customer service.”
