“Easy ordering online - had the product I needed at a great price and it was delivered promptly with no fuss. Will be using them again and would recommend to friends and family. Beats the big DIY 'sheds' hands down !”

“I bought a decking kit supplied with decking framework and screws to a size that i wanted. Delivered on time and straight forward assembly made for a quick job. Good solid treated wood I was impressed. Would definitely recommend.”

“Ordered a decking kit got rang of the driver to say he was 10 min away then 45min later he rang to say he was at the wrong place and he'll be another 20min, and i had to come out of work. Then unloaded the kit to find out that it was the wrong kit altogether not a good service at all”

“1. This request for a review has arrived before the product - how irritatingly and mindlessly inept can you get? Particularly in view of point number two below - 2. None of the emails I have received give any indication when I might expect delivery. Apparently Tufnells is the courier, but I cannot find anywhere on the email that provides a link to their tracking system. 3. It is ridiculous to have to expect a busy courier to wait while the goods are inspected - OR write 'damaged' regardless and report it later if that turns out to be the case. Such a system is a cop-out. 4. The delivery costs are more than a third of the value of the actual products themselves, that makes then not especially cheap. From my previous order, the doors are actually good - I am very pleased with the way they have gone into the wardrobe they enclose. Pity about your delivery system Chris Waite”

“Products are high quality and look really nice had a wee bit of trouble with my order at first but sorted in no time.Delivery was prompt and on the day they set,even that is good service wait in all day no delivery is becoming all to often now. Thank You”

“After been quoted some amazing prices for internal doors we were happy to find Savoy Timber on line. The price was reasonable, the order process was easy and delivery was within 4 days. The only concern I have is that one of the doors was slightly damaged but I am to blame , I was away from home after the delivery was made and did not inspect the doors until 2 days after they arrived. Savoy give you 24 hours to report any damage. We will use the company again”
