“I was very pleased with the service I received from Savoy Timber, as they gladly accommodated my request to delay the delivery to a day that I could be at home to receive it. This made the whole process much less stressful! The delivery arrived on the correct date and we were pleased with the quality of the worktops. Thank you!”

“Delivery came 5 days later then said even received text messages saying it would be delivered on that day and it wasn't, this happened 3-4 times. Was told when inquired it wasn't their fault and when the item did eventually turn up it wasn't complete. Took a while for anyone to reply to my messages. Overall a poor experience and I'd think twice before using you again. Sorry but true.”

“Ordered online. Never received any confirmation order ready to collect. Phoned 0345 number and rep could not get through to Wigan shop to confirm collection ready. I called direct. When went to collect timber order was not ready for collection. Had to wait till rep ready to find and cut timber. All in all a waste of time ordering online might have been quicker just to have gone into store”

“Unfortunatly, not a great expierence. Order incomplete Had to request instructions for fitting several times before this was e mailed over. Abused by the delivery driver - Very Very rude.”

“To be honest I wasn’t too happy , there are several cracks on the work top and the stuff that came with it to stick onto the sides was also cracked .”
