“I ordered a sample of a few worktops the envelope arrived even labelled with the samples I requested... however inside was just the one sample and it ended up being the one I wasn't too keen on in the first place, if you can't accurately send out even a sample, won't risk ordering the actual worktop I needed, you even labelled the envelope correctly so who forgot to put the actual samples inside???”

“Delivery cost is too expensive so didn’t order worktops after receiving my sample. Disappointed as i really wanted those WT but wasn’t paying £65 delivery!”

“Tried to order for next day, paid the next day carriage fee only to be told it has to be ordered before 10:30am to qualify for next day. Tried to cancel and get a refund and they wouldn’t let me as the unit had been packed already and they didn’t want to unpack the order. Product was fine just meant the carpenter had to miss a days work. Very unhelpful customer services I certainly don’t recommend and wouldn’t use them again.”

“I ordered on a Tuesday and delivered on Friday of same week. The only criticism is that I wasn’t notified of the delivery. Otherwise very fast and efficient.”

“Ordered work top waited a week badly damaged on delivery didn’t even let me know I had to ring shop waited another week delivered and again badly damaged on van . Then Delivered after complaining . Assistant in shop very helpful . But loading the goods or on delivery needs assessing as damaging the goods . Was not offered a delivery refund which I find really bad service and should of been offered as courtesy for me taking time off work as Nhs worker and staying in all day with no communication or apology”

“These worktops look amazing, although not yet fitted. No confirmation email received so caught out as only my wife was at home when delivery arrived, well within the expected timescale. The driver went above and beyond bringing 3 lengths into the house on his own! Many thanks and we would definitely recommend this company.”
