“My 30 mm worktop arrived on time, had a small chip in the corner but wasn't concerned as it would be hidden. But the edging strip was missing, I immediately called you and was told one would be posted . It arrived but was for a 45mm worktop, rang again and was I explained I wanted a 30mm strip. Another one arrived but again was for a 45mm worktop I rang and explained What had happened but was then told I would have to cut as you did not supply other strips. It is more than difficult to cut and avoid edging of this type splintering or get a edge that won't be sharp. No real empathy at all was from my contact with your firm and will not recommend or use you again”
