“Ordered timber decking and framework on Friday 5 April at 8:35pm. It arrived around 2:00pm on Monday 8 April. Dave the Delivery Man was great and helped me carry the decking into the back garden. Really good quality timber for the price. Would definitely use Savoy Timber again.”

“Delivery first it was to be here on the Friday 12 th and then getting an email saying the 15 th not good needed them for the weekend had to buy from another supplier on Saturday (b q ) ..”

“Mark, the driver/delivery man, was very helpful. He managed to put the worktops into the hallway of my building. BUT!!! It needs to be made very clear, before order completion, that delivery is to kerbside and able bodied assistance may be required to offload the order.. This is 2019! Delivery should be to the customer’s home. I am 72, osteoarthritis in the lower spine and both knees and there is no way I can move 3 metre work tops. Or should be expected to! If I had known about kerbside delivery I would not have ordered. Wicks, B&Q etc deliver to my apartment.”

“A First Class Product Stair rail and fittings exceeded my expectations . Really worth paying that little extra for the rail although still a a really compedative price. Speedy delivery. Had a question to ask re the product and was met with a friendly and efficient customer care person on the telephone. Highly recommend this company and product.”

“Ordered decking base kit and screws. The fixings for base kit and screws didn't arrive! Only recieved the wood, had to go and buy these separately which was frustrating as I hoped I would have received what I ordered and paid for”
