“Good delivery service, Dave was very friendly and put all of the timber where I needed it. Was slightly disappointed with some of the decking . I ordered 38, 3.6m decking but 5 had quite bad splits or damage. I managed to use them in my project but would have had to return then if they were in a prominent place.”

“When I bought my timber from them,their where some poor quality timber but having spoken to them they where more than happy to resolve the problem. If fact they responded very quickly. I would recommend them to everyone. The prices are well below many other companies.”

“The product itself is good, maybe a little on an expensive side. But there was no communication from the company. I purchased the product online and from the beginning there was nothing from the company. I had to contact them myself to track my order, they've never contacted me on their own. The time scale stated online was misleading too. Says 7-10 working days and I waited 3 weeks. They always had an excuse for everything. In the end I wasn't sure whether I'd ever receive my order and it did cross my mind that I might have been scammed. I shop online a lot and that was the first. Awful service but the final product, when I did eventually get it, is very good.”
