“Fixtures and fittings weren't fit for purpose. The screws were barely big enough to attach the spindles so I used my own. I also used my own brackets to fit the rails to the posts because the ones provided had the screws sealed to the bracket. In reality this meant it was almost impossible to use them to attach the rails. The timber however was very good!”

“Product arrived on time and in good condition. The only downside was that w tops came in original size (650mm) depth , I asked in my mail order to be cut on 600 mm. Never mind I did it myself. Thank you and kind regards Pecarski”

“Prompt and helpful delivery of a 3 x 4.2 decking kit with handrails. Some screws missing from the fixing kit but nothing we couldnt fettle.”

“Overall fairly happy with the service and product though there were a few issues. As other reviews have warned, nearly half of decking had splits in the end, which wasnt too much of a concern for me as I needed to trim it down, and is to be expected from the cheapest decking they have. I also feel nearly £40 delivery on a order that wasnt even over £135 seems little steep, especially as it only becomes apparent right at the end. However, it still worked out much cheaper than other suppliers and products, however if you need perfect, sturdy decking, I wouldn't go for the cheapest option. If cheap is all that's required though, this is a perfect choice”

“Excellent service - decking was delivered within a few days of ordering however the screws that come with the plastic decking clips are really soft and the heads are easily damaged and once damaged can not be removed. The screws also look like they will rust. I will be replacing all the screws with stainless steel ones.”

“Only ordered at the weekend and arrived today. Didn’t get an email so was lucky I was home, but apart from that, great price, fast delivery. Probably a good idea to mention if help is needed for lifting though. Would use again.”
