“I ordered through the website and paid nearly £60 for 2 day delivery but when it arrived there were parts missing. I requested a refund on the delivery but refused to pay it all back and only paid £20. Won't be using again.”

“Appalling service received a call to say order was in stock when I arrived to collect not in stock, they said they would deliver one week later received another call it’s out of stock again. Save your time and purchase elsewhere. Wigan branch”

“Efficient friendly service from the phone call advising when the delivery would be to the delivery driver even offering to help take the wood round the back of our property (the offer was declined -but it's great to be asked). Quality of product also very good. Very satisfied. Thanks to all.”

“It was easy to order and soon I was told that an item was out of stock. As I didn't need the timbers, I told the person to let me know when the item was back in stock so that I can make arrangements to receive my order. Being kept informed is important.”

“Good quality decking (we chose the better quality one) and delivery as stated. However no instructions were supplied until I phoned and they were e.mailed out. However, instructions disappointingly said we had to cut joints to fit. We bought a ready to assemble kit so that we wouldn't have to cut. Had to buy better quality long screws too, as the ones supplied were not fit for purpose. Decking was also very damp on arrival.”

“Bought worktops received excellent customer service regarding delivery dates, worktops arrived well packaged, only thing that let it down was the delivery service provided by tuffnells, only one person so had to lift the worktops off the van with him, not good for £40 delivery fee, and had no idea of what time it was arriving which is unusual these days, but I was very pleased with the worktops and much cheaper than anywhere else.”
