“I ordered two shed doors, one that came was as expecte, the other, was poorly constructed, and badly damaged. I checked the cardboard packaging and there was no sign of damage. When I came to open there was clear sign of wear and tear and old damage prior to packaging and shipping, chunks missing drag marks etc. When I emailed savoy timber, I got a reply on the third time of asking, basically saying as I had passed the 72hours in which to report damage so they couldn’t help. Which I question why would I unwrap an un damaged door as this is there to protect it. How was I too know the below the high quality wrapping was a door that looked like it had been dragged round the car park prior to wrapping.”

“Ordered a Christmas tree on Saturday night. Got a phone call. Sunday to ask if I would like. It delivered. Very fast delivery and the tree is nice. Good for outside and inside.”

“Really happy with our worktop. The free edging strip was not sent at the same time so had to chase which delayed project slightly. As expected it to come together. But they sent out quickly after I chased it! We ordered and paid extra for next day delivery on a Sunday thinking it would come Monday as didn’t specify on website it was working days only. So it came on the Tuesday.”

“We ordered worktops and upstands they were supposed to be delivered together and confirmation emails and delivery emails said the same, no upstands arrived , informed yourselves were told they were going to arrive Friday 20th nov, and no upstands.”

“Ordered sheet of plywood, which need to be cut to size, online delivery advised as up to 7 days. Phone call received same day as order placed advising delivery would be the next day. Excellent service 5 *”
