“Savoy timber was able to supply the timber i required in 4.8m lengths which local yards would not. The timber is of good quality and arrived within 48 hours. Now i can build the wooden frame around my koi pond to support the stainless steel mesh i have purchased and hopefully save me money from replacing heavy duty nets twice a year after the foxes have destroyed them.”

“Ordered around 80 boards more than half were absolutely useless. Numerous split through the length, couple with huge chunks out the faces and more than half were so warped and bent no chance of a consistent gap let alone uniform (2mm one end about 15mm the other). Very unhelpful customer service When reported I was told I wouldn’t get my delivery refunded (£80) and I would have to take pictures of EVERY damaged board. Needless to say I will be going to Wickes and paying the extra, so if anyone wants 80 useless decking boards they’re currently sitting in my garden. Do not at all reccomend STAY CLEAR”

“I searched online at lots of deals on trellis and deck board. Not only was Savoy Timber the better value for money, they were local and i didnt have to wait days to collect it. At the yard, the staff were friendly and approachable. From now on i will only use Savoy for all wood i purchase. Its not often these days you find a good value, good friendly staffed, local store.”

“Ordered 3:15 pm Wed Tel call @ 4:20 pm Asking if it would suit me for my order to be delivered on Thurs afternoon WOW! As promised delivered 2 pm driver very curtious and carried my 62 decking board order through to my selected spot in the back garden with a SMILE ! Great Service, Great Staff, Great Company will definitely recommend to all. JC Burnley”
