“Ordered a replacement fence panel last week and to be fair I said I would ring back. Nobody followed up so I rang back today (a week later) and the person I spoke to couldn’t find my order, put the phone down on the counter top and generally didn’t seem that bothered about things. Eventually got the panel delivered today but kind of hoped for more, especially for £15 for delivery.”

“Sent wrong item told up to seven day came exactly on the seventh day and was wrong then was told it was suppliers fault not there's then told they do not do the item we originally ordered absolute joke will defiantly not be recommending this company”

“The website said 7 - 10 days and it took a month. The doors are made by Savoy but say Magnet Trade on them? One was damaged but the carpenter mended it. The website accepted a measurement which was not possible (it did say the maximum width it would do but I didn't see it and the measurements were accepted which added to the delay) The handle supplied was ridiculous. A little plastic thing that looked like a bit of packaging. The staff are good at replying and customer service is good but wouldn't use again.”
