“Ordering online was easy to do, delivery was on the day I asked for, delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful with stacking the materials where I wanted them. All timber seems good,straight with no warping. Their price was very competitive as well.”

“Delivery was really quick and price as as the best I found. However I did ask questions about the product and also requests about cutting and installation which didn't seem to get noticed. The delivery driver didn't seem to want to speak (may of been a language barrier). On quick inspection after delivery I noticed 1 piece was chipped and one was warped in two directions, just hope there isn't more defaults when I come to install. Not the worst service I've had, but also not the best.”

“Easy to order. I needed a made-to-measure internal door. Door arrived, measurements were spot on. Door arrived the day after dispatch, was well packaged and damage free. I would definitely use Savoy Timber again.”

“All items I wanted in stock , order ready when I went to collect although 1 item wrong but chap in yard exchanged for correct item no problem. When I placed order online website was playing up and there was message on screen saying problem was being look into this made order time longer and not a smooth process. Other wise I would have rated 5star instead of 4”
