“Bought decking kit online, waited over a week nothing. Sent an email, received a phone call the next day saying I had opted for click and collect which I believe to be incorrect. I paid for the delivery over the phone said it would come the next day, it didn't. So I phoned the shop, they said they had made a mistake and they would send it that afternoon or first thing the next day. I still haven't received the decking and the shop phone is just ringing out. “I was really pleased that I could find a piece of worktop that would be cut to size. not second hand but new. Instead of paying a hundred pound for something I could not use or had nowhere to store or sell it. After I had used just 1 metre. No trouble no fuss and worthwhile.”

“Although the goods & customer service were good the delivery service let us down. The goods were notified to be delivered on the Friday but we received them on the following Monday. We were asked to be on hand to assist the unloading and waited in vain. The courier did not contact us to apologise or to let us know they would not make it that day. Having said all of this, Savoy Timber customer services were very good in tracking the order and getting back to us to update the situation. Overall happy with the goods but disappointed in the courier service.”
