“Delivery was excellent, ordered Tuesday evening on line and delivered by Thursday! Quality was also very good for value decking kit, little distortion, cupping or crowning on boards and framing timber. Price was the best I could find on line. One slight negative was the installation instructions that were supposed to be emailed after order dispatch were not forthcoming. Not a problem to experienced DIY or builder but might be vital for someone making their first attempt.. Having said that this was an easy and very successful transaction and I will certainly look to Savoy Timber first for any future requirement.”

“Good fast delivery, only down side was they just left it on the driveway and wouldn’t bring it indoors for me, being female this was heavy so had to leave it on the drive until my husband came hone”

“Great product and a good price. Ordered online on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday and all my decking and frame work was correct... Only reason I did not give a 5 rating is because no one contacted me to advise a delivery date so was a bit of a surprise to get a phone call from the delivery driver saying he had delivered the wood!”
