“Delivery was excellent, ordered Tuesday evening on line and delivered by Thursday! Quality was also very good for value decking kit, little distortion, cupping or crowning on boards and framing timber. Price was the best I could find on line. One slight negative was the installation instructions that were supposed to be emailed after order dispatch were not forthcoming. Not a problem to experienced DIY or builder but might be vital for someone making their first attempt.. Having said that this was an easy and very successful transaction and I will certainly look to Savoy Timber first for any future requirement.”

“It cost more to buy direct than through ebay, i though i was helping you out! No knobs came with the doors. I ordered two sizes to fill a specific space, and explained my needs/ intentions; the doors dont match as the middle batton is at different heights”

“Although the delivery was slightly longer than indicated on order, the product was excellent and I had no problem obtaining a great appearance when hanging the doors. The quality of the finish of the doors I ordered - White Moulded Grained Victorian 4 panel - exceeded my expectations and my wife is delighted too. As a d-I-y'er I don't often order doors - but the service was great and the small amount of direct contact I had with the company useful and efficient,”

“I used Savoy Timber earlier this year, and was completely satisfied with their service, however when I use them recently I was disappointed with the service I received. I needed to chase them for my delivery and I must say, one of the delivery people that eventually turned up was very ignorant”

“I ordered two of the same item from Savoy, but there was a slight hiccup in the shipping process and only one item was delivered. A quick call to Petra (?) at Savoy resolved the problem immediately. My item was cut to size and dispatched that day, which was a Friday (I received an email within a couple of hours to confirm the dispatch), and a promised delivery for the Monday morning, which was more than acceptable considering there was the weekend in between. Excellent customer service - can certainly recommend Savoy, and will definitely use them again when the need arises. Keep up the good work.”
