“The frame of the door is rebated to take the tongue and groove. Unfortunately this rebate was not the same depth on the top and bottom of the frame and the centre brace was too thick. This meant a 2mm gap along both frame uprights which had to be packed and caulked. Also there was a length of tongue and groove which was split and had to be glued. Obviously there is no quality control in place and I feel very disappointed in the product overall.”
