“the bi fold door was a bit late arriving after the order placed said 7-10 days to complete , but my client was very pleased with the door .as a tradesman your office should notify us on lead times and not to make false delivery dates .other than that the door was well made ,solid and fitted well. woodcote property maintenance”

“Excellent all round. Called them to order some worktops and have them delivered at the other end of the country. Couldn't have been more helpful or polite on the phone when ordering and were happy to arrange delivery to suit me. The day before delivery, I was called and asked what time I preferred, driver turned up early, was polite and helpful.”

“Delivery was sent on time and packed very well. However there was a small chip to the board which I doubt happened in transit as it was really well packed. I was in a rush to complete so had to use it anyways and its ok but I am upset whoever packed it did not pick up on it before sending it out.”

Hi There, I am sorry to hear your not entirely happy with your purchase. We check all orders for defects before we package ans can assure you any damages would have occurred in transit. if we had received photos of the damage we would have happily replaced the board for one in perfect condition.
