“The doors were the wrong size, one was damaged. It took me 10 hours to amend the frame to fit the new size doors. Which leaves me with a problem, I now have 18" gap between the doors (as supplied) and the bedroom wall. I knew I needed four doors, but could only afford two. I will have to wait for some more pensions to hit my bank before I can get the others, which will be more expensive than had you provided the right size.”

Hi there, I have just checked your order and according to our records the doors ordered online were the doors dispatched - if they are incorrect for your project of course we will exchange them for a different size, I am sorry that one of your louvre doors was damaged in transit and we will of course replace this - no customer should ever accept a product that is damaged unfortunately we have not been informed of this - so if you would like to drop me a line at returns@savoytimber.com I will contact you and arrange for the replacement. “Item was not shipped with edging strip, this had to be sent later and too late for me to fix on this visit to my mother. Packaging was not good and resulted in chipped worksurface. Luckily I could avoid this when I cut to length, however leaves us with chip in the spare piece”

“I ordered a kitchen worktop at short notice and was surprised how quick it came especially as I live in Hampshire. It was also much better than it looked on the website (I didn’t have time to order a sample so I took a gamble!). I was able to order the 2 metres I wanted rather than the 3 metres that most other places insist you buy. Great purchase, great value and I would recommend buying from them”
