“Painful arthritic feet with bunions have made it impossible to find shoes I can wear with a modicum of comfort until now. I love these shoes. Would have liked them a bit higher to cover bunions but on the whole delighted. Thank you so much.”

“Sadly I had to send the sandals back as they were a little small in length & the bigger size in the colour I wanted wasn’t available, but I must say they were sooo comfy, exactly what I needed for my daughters wedding, I know I could of stayed in them all day so I’m gutted 😢 anyway delivery was quick & I think refunds are being processed at the moment”

“Clare Mary Jane platform heels -- absolutely perfect! Beautiful dressy black suede heels that are super comfortable after bunion surgery. I had to exchange my order for a smaller size, and the return process was easy and free. Highly recommend!”

“Purchased the Anya navy suede courts for a wedding outfit. First pair were just a little bit too big but the return and replacement service was quick and easy to use. Next pair fitted perfectly. they are beautiful shoes and are clearly packed with a lot of care and attention. Have now worn them for two all-day events, the wedding and a day at the races and they were extremely comfortable without lacking in style - I got lots of compliments and questions as to where I got them. I even danced the night away in them with no need to change into my flat shoes. Will absolutely be buying more but would be great if more were made available in leather - the suede is lovely but our changeable weather does limit when they can be worn!”

“This year I’ve bought two pairs of Sargasso & Grey shoes to attend family weddings. Having wide feet “occasion shoes” can be a painful experience but my Sargasso and Grey shoes not only looked beautiful, they were also extremely comfortable and I wore them all day quite happily. Unfortunately I managed to catch my gorgeous green Penelope shoes in a grating at the church & I thought they were completely ruined. I contacted Sargasso & Grey and they very kindly arranged to have them repaired. I am so happy, Thank You so much - excellent customer service.”
