“I purchased the Diana Court, which I needed in a 4 rather than my usual 4.5 in other shoes. I wore them for a few hours at a wedding and they were comfortable throughout, so worth the investment. Customer service was excellent.”

“I have just purchased my first pair of Lola Wide Fit Court Shoe – Cobalt Blue Suede, and I'm hooked!! Having put them on for a 14.00 wedding ceremony and then finally taking them off at 01:00, having danced the night away...my feet suffered no pain or blisters which is unheard of!! They fitted like a glove and the colour was amazing...just looking through the range in order to purchase the next pair....”

“I normally wear a 4.5 and found I had to have a 4 in the Diana suede court ( delivery was prompt), but everything they say about this brand’s shoes is true. I am a person who has lived in trainers and comfy boots for about the last 5 years and rarely wears a dress because I can never find comfortable shoes. However, as the mother of the bride, I needed smart high heeled shoes and these came to my rescue. Apart from trying on, the first time I wore them was on the ‘big day’ and I survived without blisters and discomfort. So a good investment. Definitely going to look at some of their other styles.”

“Over the last 3 years or so, I have developed a large bunion on my right foot and a smaller one on my left. EE width shoes from some makers have been OK on the bunion area but too wide on the rest of my foot; from other makes they have simply been too tight on my bunions! At last!! I have bought two pairs of your shoes in one week. Bliss is the only word! The delight of putting on new shoes and being able to walk around in no pain! No taking them to a shoe repairers to be stretched, and after that still having to put a plaster on my right foot. My feet feel 10 years younger. These will not be my only purchases. I wish you made the Eve with the embellishment in black; I have a load of black or black based evening outfits, but no navy!”

“I wore my gorgeous Monica boots for the first time today, to meet my daughter in town. We covered 2 miles, up and down steps and over cobbles! My feet were comfortable and I had no problems with my bunions. For a first outing, that was pretty amazing. Both my daughter and her friend, who we saw during the morning, were very complimentary on the style and appearance of the boots. “I originally bought a couple pairs for my wife who has severe bunion pain and these shoes were the REMEDY for her feet. Although the shoes I received were not the exact fit, Katie Owen gave much of her personal attention to our returns process. She truly gives each customer top-level customer service and I do believe that she handles all the customer inquiries herself. If you have worked in a call center like I have, you know how difficult that is. The shoes themselves were of FANTASTIC quality. The leather was soft, yet resilient and would stand up over a long period of time. The comfort was incredible for my wife. Will definitely be purchasing another pair of SARGASSO & GREY'S in the future!”

“Thank you Kate for your excellent customer service, you really do go that extra mile for your customers. Today I received my second pair of S&G shoes after ordering my first purchase at Xmas 2021. For any lady that has given up hope of being able to get an elegant and comfortable pair of shoes on their deformed feet, I truely recommend, that you try a pair from this company. I rarely buy on line and certainly would not consider footwear, as I have over a 100 pairs of shoes that once purchased, cripple my feet and lay in perfect condition in my wardrobe. I have a large bunion and hammer toes and both the Caroline and Harriet designs were wide enough to accommodate my disfigured feet. I was over the moon with my first purchase and equally happy with my second. I have already recommended S&G to my friends and will definitely buy again from this company. After wearing trousers and black trainers for so long, the joy of being able to wear a dress with elegant shoes has already made 2022 a good year .
