“Thank you for sending the Father Christmas letters to my Granddaughters...Holly Haythornthwaite and Hattie Haythornthwaite........but unfortunately when I emailed yourselves to ask if you had received my order for the girls...you replied that you had only received Hollys and not Hattie.s ...so I applied for Hattie to receive a letter again ......and so today Holly got one letter and Hatt got two letters....please could you get back to me to explain....and could I have a refund for one of Hatties letters...Thank you ...I'll wait to hear back from you ...yours Jean Haythornthwaite..(Grandma)..”

“You did brilliantly, as has been for the past 10 years we've been doing this and my 15 year old son still believes because of the letters and specially wrapped amazon packages with the tag from santa clause on them, with the toy specified in the letter in them, thankyou for the memories.”
