“Unfortunately, we only received one letter so far. The first letter was received 2 weeks ago and the second letter has not arrived. My granddaughter told me that Santa doesn't like her. So sad. It probably would have been more helpful if the letters were in the same envelope being had the same address. Thank you”

“We loved your letters ! But I orders 3 I received 2 on Monday which my daughter was utterly heart broken not to get hers with sister and brother ! She thought Santa had her in naughty list or forgot about her - got it Thursday which she was over the moon but looked every day for her coming, all delivery’s were for the same day , I understand it’s bad this time of Tamera but not nice to see daughter upset for days thinking Santa never cared for her”

“I think the paper quality isn’t great as in it’s just a a4 piece of paper, could of preferred it be in a script or something abit more special, I have my Santa letters from the early nighties and the quality is much better.”

“I ordered 2 letters one for each of my children at the same time. One child got one on the specified day the other did not. , so I have one upset child that thinks santa doesnt want to write to him. If you order 2 letters at the same time and in plenty of advance of the day you want them you expect them to come in the same postal day. This letter has not arrived.”
