“The letters sound like they will be wonderful. However, it’s been a bit after they were supposed to arrive at the locations and they aren’t there yet. It makes me nervous that they will come after Christmas. I wish there was a tracking number to y track where they are.”

“No, I’m very disappointed as we’ve only received Grace’s letter to Santa. We’ve not received Olivia’s letter to Santa or the letters from Santa for Grace and Olivia. I’m very disappointed as these were ordered on 3rd a December. I do hope there it’s just delayed for a reason, but I would like a reason why they’ve not arrived as I have two children wondering why they’ve not arrived. I look forward to hearing from you.”
