“Both childrens letters didn’t arrive which was hugely disappointing and a complete waste of money on my part. It said it would be here in time. A last minute dash to make my own on Christmas Eve. Sorry guys not impressed at all!”

“Santander Letter Direct is usually great, however we never received our letter etc in time for Christmas although I order a digital copy also u eas unable to print this at home when we realised on 24th this was mollnot going to arrive!!! I know it may have been faulty for when I placed my order which was around 18th December but we were guaranteed delivery by 22nd December and I hnderstand the issues with post etc as my brother works at Royal Mail and we know the issues withnpist delays especially during this time of a pandemic”

“Tomorrow is Christmas Eve and I still have no letters. Email said they were posted and done on December 8th. That should have been plenty of time to mail and receive. Very disappointed. Now I have to scramble to figure out how to get Santa letters to my grandbabies.”

“I was not impressed with this company. The letter and nice list are printed on regular paper rather than thicker paper and everything is folded in half. So you get a nice list and Santa letter with a nice crease down the center. Everything should be sent out in an envelope bigger than 8x11, not 5x7. The activity sheet and other items were a nice addition. Bottom line, you get what you pay for. I usually go with another company, but they didn’t do Groupon this year like they normally do, so I chose another company to keep cost down. I went cheaper and cheaper is what I got. Probably won’t use this company again. I will say my kids liked the letters so it wasn’t all a miss.”
