“Ordered 4 letters for Grandchildren- 3 arrived as scheduled - the 4th one didn’t arrive until a couple of days before Christmas- disappointed that one was late meaning one child in the family received theirs and the other one didn’t ☹️”

“Letter was lovely & well written/personalised. The only thing I would say as feedback would be to offer age appropriate tasks for the activities, as the activity sheet which came with the pack wasn’t suitable for my 4yo. Maybe offer activities based on age groups? My girl would have loved more colouring in & stickers over word search/anagram options.”
