“I ordered 2 letters on the same night to be posted at the same time and only 1 has arrived. I know Royal Mail have delays at the minute. We have had to hold back the one that's arrived hoping the other will arrive soon. Other than that the ordering of the letters and the price were all great.”

“The letter has become a tradition in our house over the past few years. I thought now my son is 12 he wouldn't want one this year but he just happened to say he was looking forward to his letter from Father Christmas which prompted me to order one ! What does irritate me is the emails with Santa letter direct in the title as they have sometimes nearly given the game away which in the past qould have spoilt the magic.”

“Letters arrived much earlier than I ordered them. Ons actually arrived the day I requested them to be posted. Bit disappointed as this has not happened previously and the children annoying receiving the post on the last day of term normally. This also meant that I was unable to edit them. I recieved very short notice that it was my last chance to edit them a few hours before. I feel this should be given much more notice as many people cannot access their emails at all times!”

“This is my second year getting the santa letters for my sons They are beautiful presented and the little story through the letters is always a great touch The activity pack is also great kept them both quiet for a little while doing something dun and Christmasy The only thing I would maybe like to see for next year or years to come is the is the option of sibling letters that come to each child but have a similar story line to it so that the letter gel together and are not the same story or completely different ones”
