“I do feel we should have had a choice with the posting of the Easter letter,like we do on the Christmas ones, then it could be delivered nearer to Easter. But yes happy with what my granddaughter received, even if it was very early arriving.”

“We received the letters when you said they would arrive. Thank you for that. The grandchildren loved them, especially as Noah came over from Australia. I was confused when it came to ordering. The email came through but I was unsure about whether the information I put in, had been saved. So if you can do something to inform people that the information is saved. I found this last time but I was only doing one, as I was doing two this time it was very confusing.”

“The letter was very well written and had all the important information in it. My grandson was very pleased and excited to open it! My only complaint is that because it contained so much information, the text was very small and difficult for a 7 year old to read. The font was also poor quality. Other than that it was lovely and has been added to his memory box!”
