“Ordered both letters for each of my grandchildren same order same day ,one didnt arrive ,eventually after a couple of emails sorted ,just abit dissapointing when I wanted them both to have together. Have used company before so hopefully just unfortunate ,would use again 👍just put it down to luck”

“The only negative is you are asked where you live . That is then turned into santa will deliver to .... where as for example grandson lives in Newport but we went away for Christmas so he was worried when he read the letter santa was going to the wrong place ...”
