“My grandson loved his letter. There was a problem with delivery but as soon as they were made aware of it another letter was sent first class. Would order again.”

“My oldest loved the letter and the stickers that came with together, my youngest really didn’t understand what it was about but hey!!! Letters were great however the only complaint I would have is the promise of a gift from Father Christmas where i feel it would be better to say that he would do his best to get certain presents but without the promise. I had already had got the main one luckily but some families may not be in that position for whatever reason.”

“Letters where great and i would've given 5 stars only i was lead to believe that a discount was given and when i checked my bank it had not been applied to to purchase. I will definitely double check everything if i purchase again next year. I was disappointed but the kids did love the letters.”

“The letter had a personal touch and nicely written. I would have preferred if the video had a bit of personalisation too. I also found that santa spoke a little too fast for my daughter to really listen to what he was saying. Other than that. A great experience for my daughter and got her very excited for Christmas.”
