“my granddaughter thought it was a lovely letter to received and could not understand how he knew her best friend was called Hanna. however it was disappointing that the letter arrived very late. better luck next time.”

“All of my nephews and niece loved getting a letter from Santa....As did their parents... BUT, no one knew who it was from. Evidently. there was no mention of my name anywhere on there...So after a week or so, I had to ASK if the letters were received....It would have been so much nicer to just get a "thank you" call.”

“The quality of the video was amazing and the personalisation is seemless so it's hard to tell where your little bit has been slipped into the video. My only wish was that there were more variety of videos for grown up recipients as I have more adult friends that I would like to send one to than I do little children.”

“Good service. Was one letter missing. I ordered 5 letters. Only received 4. Even though 3 was for a different address. And 2 for another. All ordered the same time. So a bit disappointed. As the letter was for one of my nieces. Where one had and the other didn’t.”
