“I loved the letter. It was very personal. My daughter is 9 and at that age where she is asking lots of questions about Santa. This helped her continue to believe. My only problem was it was supposed to be here by Christmas Eve, and it didn't show up until the day after Christmas. I know that mail is slow this year with Covid, so I explained that to her and she didn't care that it was a day late. She was just thrilled that Santa wrote her a letter.”

“I ordered two letters for my grandsons. For some reason one of my letters did not arrive in time for Christmas. Mom had to hold the first one for the second to arrive. Other than that, the letters were a real hit. Santa Letter Direct made it right by offering me free letters this year.”

“As I have said before my letters go out to Dubai and you can’t post them to Dubai . You need to be able to change the address on letter and envelope as my eldest granddaughter can now read and it my address that is on it ! Could you not just pop it into another envelope to be posted to me ?”
