“Lovely idea but i struggle to get my little girl to sit and listen to the whole letter ( it does waffle on a bit ) I think a condensed version for younger children would be better. I found this was the case this year and last year”

“Overall every year the kids are delighted with their letters. Unfortunately this time 8 have been delivered, I ordered 9, the child that’s missing is also one of 5, so until hers arrives the others won’t be getting theirs. The kids that have theirs are over the moon with the letters”

“All my grandchildren have loved their letters and seeing their faces light up is the best sight I could wish for ....The only complaint I have or more advise really ...when your sending letters out to the same address make sure they are sent out at the same time as one of my Granddaughters was so upset that she hadn't got one and her sister had ...I'm glad to say it arrived the next day ...but we had one upset little girl .”

“I liked that you were given many choices for the content of the letter. The content was written in what I will refer to as European and I felt that some of the words would have to be explained. Some areas that were hilited in yellow did not allow you to make changes so that the wording fit the subject. Overall it's the kids that count and I know they will be thrilled to receive the letters from Santa.”
