“3 letters delivered on day advised. I have used this company for as least the past 8 years with no complaint. My grandchildren are now 15 & 13 to old for Father Christmas so this will be my last year using you. I wonder if a letter to celebrate Christmas could be the way forward for the older child because they do enjoy receiving their own personal letter. Thank you for the joy you have given them over the years.”
