“I ordered two letters for my grand daughters. One has arrived, no sign yet of second one. I believe it's Elianna's one has arrived, and the one for Amelia we are still waiting on. Have ordered Santa letters for 15 years, and never had a problem. Always had brilliant service”

“I have been sending these letters to my twin granddaughters for 4 years now and they love them 💕 It is great this year that there is the option of using an AI generated letter. I was kept up to date with the progress of the letters and advised that they had been posted. They arrived a few days later and my granddaughters are now busy writing their ‘Wish List’ ready to send back to Santa.”
