“I ordered two letters together for two children .I paid in good advance time .only one child has received it . I have waited for weeks and a second one hasn't arrived. My grandson thinks Santa doesn't like him as my granddaughter received hers.”

“The letter and accompanying items were good, but the letter said Dear (child's name). Since I had put my child's name as Emmanuel on the form while ordering, the letter should have said Dear Emmanuel.”

“I have Santa send a letter to my granddaughter every year. She was so excited to learn she is on the nice list ❤️. This year her letter was exceptionally important to her. As our grandchildren get older the importance of being on the nice list is such a positive effect. After sorting all her toys out this year and giving them to the needy is the right response. Showing how some children aren’t as lucky as her. At 4 years old it is not only admirable but important that she understood xx”
