Easy to place an order and prompt delivery . There are 2 reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars first is there was a blade in one of the bags which luckily my gardener discovered whilst raking the chippings and secondly the volume calculator was well out needed another bulk bag to fully cover play area which I have just placed an order for . I would recommend this product it does the job perfectly just order a bit extra and check for any sharp bits that might have been overlooked
