“The product looks very good. 3 stars only because of poor communication by safety play, and almost 4 weeks for goods to arrive with no communication or updates. If I knew at time of order it would be as long with some communication from safety play without my instigating enquiries as to when I would receive order or advising delays I would have given 5 stars.”

“Really happy with this product. There was a slight delay but I was kept up to date throughout so wasn’t a problem. The product looks amazing in the new play area we have installed! Very pleased with how it’s turned out- thanks!”

“This product is outstanding and super useful for users that do outdoor activities. I liked how user-friendly the product is. I’ve only had it for a month now but I’m super impressed with the quality for the price! And the delivery was real quick! “Nice product, excellent quality. Delivery was a little delayed, however communication was very good. The product is nice and bright and enhances our garden. I've given 4 stars only because the delivery was a couple of days later than expected. The product is fantastic !”

“The product is very good and colour is very vibrant. It really brightens up the garden. The delivery was a few days late but Steve explained they had a machine issue at the time and I was kept in the loop. Would recommend!”

“Paid substantial amount of money for this product some weeks ago having being informed delivery will take 7-10 days. Made a call to someone who advised the machine which makes the product was broke which should be up and running within a few days so I will getting the order back end of this week only to receive a Wattsapp message stating we don't have a date for delivery yet but it should be by the following week (again). The phone is not being answered despite constant calling. I'm very frustrated and nervous about my order not being fulfilled so I'm having to seek advice from the ombudsman.”

“I submitted a review on this website approximately a week ago. I am really disappointed to see that it has been deleted. I am only to assume that this is the case because it was negative - I have noticed others that had similar concerns to me have also been removed. I placed an order and received confirmation on 15 June. Between now (9 July) I have not received any further correspondence to advise of delivery. I have paid a substantial amount of money, and have friends that have used this company so they absolutely came with a positive recommendation. It is very disappointing that I have sent WhatsApp messages (to the business account via ‘chat to us’ on their website), emails and attempted to call them with no success.”

“Good product, delivery was a week late. The chap at Safety Play was very helpful and explained that they had a machine breakdown. I guess these things happen and are sometimes out of your control. It didn't arrive in time for my daughter's party, nevertheless she is still a very happy with her new play area.”

“The product is fantastic albeit a few days later than expected. This is the second time I've bought from Safety Play and cannot fault the product. I was informed they had a shredder breakdown hence the delay. All in all the product is really good and I have a bunch of happy kids. Would definitely recommend, however just check the lead time if you need it in a hurry”
