“Terrible experience from purchasing the product. Delivery was a joke to sort out. Due to pebble driveway which was advised before and a change of delivery method required but wasn’t sorted so, Delivery driver was incapable of delivering when arrived and attitude was terrible also to myself and my neighbours. He wanted to leave it in the middle of a road. so I myself had to do it with pump truck sustaining a muscle injuring.”

“Late with my order I had to chase it up then your lorry could not get to my address and had to deliver 2miles away at my sons house where your driver scratched the hell out of his resin drive with his pallet truck I’m waiting to hear back what you are going to do about this! We have numerous lorries from different companies getting to my road and by yours not doing so caused problem as well as me driving back and forth picking up chipping in my car using my time and petrol so not happy with your service rubbish”

“Bought 3 bags of rubber bark which is a fantastic product.. the 500 kg bags are enormous . Did not expect to recieve such a volume. However the product took over 2 weeks to arrive.. even though the website says 3 to 5 working days... saying this I was refunded 50 pounds as compensation.”

“Easy to place an order and prompt delivery . There are 2 reasons why I didn’t give 5 stars first is there was a blade in one of the bags which luckily my gardener discovered whilst raking the chippings and secondly the volume calculator was well out needed another bulk bag to fully cover play area which I have just placed an order for . I would recommend this product it does the job perfectly just order a bit extra and check for any sharp bits that might have been overlooked”

“Simply FIRST CLASS. From simple and straightforward to navigate website to customer service which is so helpful to the free delivery - what more could you ask for? “I got 100kg of Grey shredded rubber, which said it would cover 5 square metres. I only need it for a 3 x 4.7 area and it didn’t even give even coverage of that. The product itself is great. Good colour and nice and soft. Just not happy with the amount that I received”
