“I placed an order at the start of September, I was then notified by the company they had an issue with some components and there would be a slight delay in receiving my order, these things can happen so wasn't a major problem for me. I spoke to the company 5 days ago who assured me I'd get my order yesterday. I've not received any communication from a delivery firm or Safety Play. I tried calling all day yesterday and Safety Play is completely unresponsive, I've tried phone, email and Chat......NO response as yet!!! Reading other recent customer reviews there are several customers missing their orders and they too are unable to speak to anyone. Looks like I'll be calling my bank to reclaim my funds.”

“Similar to other reviews the company has gone unresponsive. DO NOT USE! They will take your money but you cannot contact them. I have started the process of trying to get my money back through my credit card company.”
