“I received a click and collect order that I wanted to return in store but when I went to the store was told no one was available to do the return so I would have to wait until after the weekend. This was deprime there being numerous members of staff available but all looking to sell rather than think about customer service for actual customers. Really disappointing”

As we explained at the time, our shop floor staff are not trained in online returns and our online staff weren't working on that Saturday, so we weren't able to issue an immediate refund but your order was passed to our online department, processed and refunded on the Monday.
