“Best selection of sizes, good prices, great customer service. I needed to order 2 sizes of the same trainer as not sure of Brooks fit. Without the free delivery and return I couldn't do this so 6* service. Love my Brooks trainers. Thank you.”

“First online purchase thus far, the item/order was delivered to the Victoria London store within 48 hours, so I collected it the following day and tested the shoes in-store, but decided the shoes were a bit spongy on my left foot, perhaps it was a manufacturing defect with these ON Cloudrunner 2 shoes, therefore I returned this item instore and received a refund immediately to my Paypal without quibble. The only disappointing thing was the cashier/sales assistant at the London Victoria store failed to recognise that another customer had pushed in-front of me in the queue and I had to wait an extra 10 minutes to be seen as both cashiers were having fairly long conversations with each customer, henceforth I have subtracted one star in this respect.”

“Fantastic service. I had a gait analysis in the London store ... hadn't made an appointment but didn't have to wait long. The member of staff spent nearly an hour with me and made sure I left with a pair of trainers and socks I was happy with. In comparison to other running stores, they don't charge for gait analysis and use running on the street rather than on a treadmill. Always worth a trip to London for!”

“Excellent service by speaking to a real polite and efficent customer service person. No robots nor yukky music whilst waiting. I had tried 20 or more times to do the whole transaction online. Fortunately due to their excellent IT they wre able to track this and my order was stuck in the system. Once ordered my shoes arrived within 2 days even though I was expecting a 5 day turnaround. I usually go directly to the store in Victoria but since I knew the make and model of my running shoes, I decided to try ordering directly from them. The service was brilliant.”
