“The shop did really well but the shoes are nearly 1cm higher at the heel and causing difficulties that I have never had with Brooks GTS Adrenaline running shoes before. I’m so hoping that they will soften and work out ok.”

“Phoned the shop to get see if they had a pair of Brooks wide fit trainers I was looking for. Girl who helped me was brilliant and managed to order with her over the phone. Also ordered two sizes and was very easy to send the ones I didn’t need back. Great customer service all round.”

“Even though I was called when the original colour/size I needed was not in stock, which I thought was impressive, it has now been 11 days since the order was dispatched. I did not mind waiting for the new stock to come, but I think 11 days is too long after a notification of dispatch email has been sent. At what point do I report the purchase lost in transit?”

“I bought a pair of trainers probably over 10 years ago from the Cardiff store and was completely amazed by the expertise when fitting the perfect trainer. So much so, they lasted such a long time and saw me through a triathalon and many half marathons. After so much time, I was in desperate need in a new pair. I would have travelled two hours to Cardiff for a fitting however the store has sadly closed. However, upon searching on the web found they provided a service online. I emailed asking for advice - gave them the make and model of the trainers I had and asked for a similar pair. I received a lovely email from Marina who advised me on the best trainers similar to the ones I had. Giving me a range to choose from. Bought and worn a few times already. Exceptional service and would highly recommend!”
