“Excellent help in ordering a new pair of Bondi 8 extra wide, the Bondi 7 was excellent for my husband who has to have orthotics, has Rheumatoid Arthritis and mobility issues after a minor stroke, very good toe box and copes with the high instep, can't praise Run and Become enough for their help!”

“"Run and Become" go 'above and beyond'! As a disabled 70-year-old man it might seem surprising that "Run and Become" is now my go-to store for footwear. When visiting the store in 2020 the staff went out of their way to assist me to find size 14 extra-wide trainers which would accommodate the inserts I use. Having found a brand and fit that works for me I ordered a new pair over the telephone this year. The staff have now placed the necessary information into their database and, in future, I will order online. Their patience with my unusual request was greatly appreciated.”

“I’d made a mistake at the end of my order by not entering the discount code for Hilly socks. I emailed you immediately about this but it didn’t make any difference- I’d suggested just putting an extra pair in but it was ignored”

“Awful - delayed postage as I ordered TWO of the same item (a watch for myself and my wife) the delay subsequently meant I was away on holiday when postage was attempted - despite informing teh retailer I was away AND changing my delivery options of Royal Mail. nearly 2 weeks later the goods were posted. I have returned for a full refund (to which Ann from customer service said I wouldn't be refunded the return costs! This, despite the rig moral I have been through. Will stick to more reputable retailers going forward. In the time it took to get delivered, I ordered from John Lewis and have rand 45km over 4 separate runs/races in my new watch. GARBAGE!”
