Awful - delayed postage as I ordered TWO of the same item (a watch for myself and my wife) the delay subsequently meant I was away on holiday when postage was attempted - despite informing teh retailer I was away AND changing my delivery options of Royal Mail. nearly 2 weeks later the goods were posted. I have returned for a full refund (to which Ann from customer service said I wouldn't be refunded the return costs! This, despite the rig moral I have been through. Will stick to more reputable retailers going forward. In the time it took to get delivered, I ordered from John Lewis and have rand 45km over 4 separate runs/races in my new watch. GARBAGE!
