“Excellent customer service by super friendly staff. The gait analysis is what introduced me to Run and Become, newly introduced to running it can be daunting asking for advice but the staff were very helpful. The free delivery and returns is such a good service and being allowed to test your trainers outside for a few mins (clean and dry conditions obviously) is fantastic. I ended up keeping 2 pairs of the 9 pairs ordered as I couldn't choose and the returns process and speed of refund is excellent. Loyalty discounts will keep me coming back! Thank you”

“The free online gait analysis is a great offer in the current times. The shoe prices are competitive although a price match offer would be appreciated. The running shoes arrived quickly and the refund for an unwanted pair was processed very quickly. The free delivery and returns offer is very competitive.”

“I have only made one purchase so far but was very happy with the service. I bought a pair of Altra Torin 4.0 shoes which were too small when they arrived. I returned them asking for a replacement pair that were half a size bigger - and they arrived within the week.”

“I spoke to one of the team on the phone to do a gait analysis having sent in film of myself. The lady was so helpful and informative. I found her knowledge and advice really useful in choosing a shoe and not at all pushy. It was tricky to make a decision without being able to try on the shoe so I was able to order two pairs and return the ones I didn’t choose. I am in love with the trainers that were recommended and it was really easy to return the unwanted pair, the money was refunded really quickly too. Really friendly and helpful service and really happy with the Saucony trainers I bought.”

“I love the shop, but found the experience ordering on the website to be frustrating and cumbersome. The site continuously wants me to log in...if I don't have log in details and try to register as a new user, it takes me back to the login page...I got stuck in a loop I couldn't escape from. I was able to circumvent this by ordering as a guest. As I said, I really like the shop...the people have always been helpful and friendly. But I was disappointed in the user experience ordering online.”

“Wow, if anyone I know needs help and advice I will signpost them your way. I had a great chat after sending in my gait analysis videos, which was very well explained and simple to follow, and advised on a pair or two of shoes to think about. I ordered both plus another I would have picked normally, and wow the delivery was quick, the shoes advised were fab (hard decision to choose) and the returns of those I didn’t want was great. All round great service and will use again :) thank you. Krystie”
