“EXCELLENT SERVICE. I normally visit the Edinburgh store for running shoes but, due to the pandemic, ordered online. It was the most efficient online service I’ve ever experienced. I had to call customer service after spotting the wrong postcode in the delivery address and the assistant was exceptionally friendly, helpful and reassuring. I opted for “within 5 days” delivery but my parcel arrived sooner. Would most definitely recommend buying from RandB. Customer service at its best.”

“The shoes delivered were not only the wrong colour but the wrong model. I ordered Hoka One One Bondi 7 in Grey. What arrived was Hoka One One Bondi 6 in Blue/Orange. I don’t expect to order something in good faith to be sent the previous (now defunct) design in the wrong colour.I At least the refund seems to have been processed relatively quickly. I've now ordered them direct from Hoka.”

“Internet order - given discount for club membership - arrived promptly as ordered. My fault that I had accidentally ordered the wrong size for part of the order, but instructions for return and pre-paid label all there, so no complaints at all.”
