“I was phoned back as promised and my records examined - I ordered shoes I'd bought previously. However when they arrived the tab on top of the tongue (turquoise in colour) was unstitched and unravelling!! For the price I paid I expected a good finish - a small detail and does not affect my run so I havent bothered to let you know - I dont want to return them - I want to run!! Very quick delivery. Excellent service.”
