“I ordered a pair of Brooks running shoes which were easy to order, arrived quickly (within a couple of days despite it being during Covid impacted times) and with the product as expected. I haven't needed to return them, but the info in the shoe box (tracking label, etc.) made it look like that would be easy if you needed to.”

“I was sent used shoes. When I contacted R&B I was promised an email detailing a prompt replacement and a quick resolution to the problem. Neither of these things happened - and despite sending the shoes back on the same day, I still haven't received my money back. I couldn't recommend you shop with them, based off my own experience.”

“Superb customer service! I am new to running and was suffering from some calf/achilles pain. I was advised to get proper running trainers but had no idea where to get started. Online gait analysis was so easy to do and the level of detail and care in the conversation about which shoes to buy was brilliant. The shoes arrived really quickly, fitted perfectly and have been an absolute game changer. Couldn't be happier!”
