“I have bought trainers (& apparel) from Run & Become for over 25 years & have never had a single negative issue during this entire time. I don’t think many will be in a position to say this regarding their other retail experiences. Adrian & family (Edinburgh branch) have always been extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & efficient throughout my running life – from being an weekly-racer to a daily-scuttler ! They provide excellent background experience (from thousands of miles covered themselves) as well as the latest in-store tech to match you with the correct pair of shoes. You may be able to find a slightly better online deal but, in my experience, for the long term (& the long road), it is better getting it right.”

“My order from Run and Become was received in the mail quickly (2-3 days after ordering). No postage costs were charged and I had only purchased one item costing £11. This is unlike most companies when it comes to delivery costs so very impressive! The purchase was due to a sales offer as well. Full marks to Run and Become, excellent customer focus!”
